Rice Industrial
Corporation of Ecuador, CORPCOM
obtained legal status on 30 March 1995 Ministerial
Agreement 0116 issued by the Ministry of Agriculture
and Livestock is a guild formed by rice industry
visionary organizations aim to strengthen
the industry by attracting technologically
foreign investment through sustainable projects,
ensuring quality in processing of rice.
CORPCOM's first president,
was Mr. Ricardo Gonzalez Rubio, who with
13 industrial determined undertook the challenge
of defending guild 15 years later the number
of partners has tripled and the institution
gains ground in the opinion of the value
chain rice.
